Cherpanov, LLC provides general home repair, maintenance, and small construction services.

While every effort is made to perform work safely and to a high standard, Cherpanov, LLC is not a licensed electrician or plumber, and does not perform work requiring specialized licensing where prohibited by law.

By requesting and accepting services, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

Services are limited to general handyman and small construction work

Any work performed is based on visible conditions and available information at the time

Results may vary depending on the condition of the home and materials
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cherpanov, LLC shall not be liable for:

Pre-existing issues or hidden conditions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any damage resulting from factors outside of reasonable control
Assumption of Risk
By engaging services, the client understands that home repair and construction activities carry inherent risks and agrees to assume responsibility for those risks.
